QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
One of the most important sections of AO Marble company which the management team care about this section with update international QC rules is Quality control department,
This department has been divided to several parts with different duties and responsibilities which have a close looking in each separate step of AO Marble company,
This department has accurate rules from Quarry until the end step of packaging and loading under hard activity of professional and expert team,
This benefit changed AO Marble as a well known stone supplier between its competitors around the world,
PACKAGING & LOADING
After production process finished all produced tiles or slabs will go to packaging section to prepare for bundling or crating operation,
In this step all defected tiles or slabs will remove concerning the sorting table and quality control rules will inspect by learned experts,
All inspected tiles and slabs will inspect one by one and all final products will be eligible for packaging,
Slabs will put in wooden or Iron bundles depends on the customer’s request and Tile/cut to size products will send for packaging in wooden crates,
Between all slabs or tiles will place a thin layer of nylon to prevent of any probable scratches during transportation,
Also in this section all packaged produced prepares for loading and stuffing inside the containers …
LOAGISTICS DEPARTMENT

AO Marble logistics Dept provides you the below services
- Personal Q.C control on behalf of customer’s care
- Loading and stuffing the containers based on customer’s care and standards
- Cover all transportation routs, Sea-routs | Land-ways | Airways
- Provide the freight costs from Loading ports (Iran or Italy) to destination ports
- Negotiation with the selected shipping line and do all documentary process
- Do release action after container arrived at destination
- Providing the insurance facilities from loading to discharging
